Despite the age of emails and digital messaging, almost all businesses and companies receive a lot of correspondence every day. Invoices, payslips, personal messages - letters sent by post are still indispensable despite emails and cell phones. For this reason, you will find a large selection of inexpensive envelopes here in the online store that are important and useful for daily correspondence in offices. The standard range includes DIN long envelopes in white measuring 220 x 110 mm. Double-folded A4 sheets fit perfectly here. The DIN long envelopes are available as DIN long window envelopes or as DIN long envelopes without a window. These envelopes are most commonly used for business mail. They are handy, simple and inexpensive. The envelopes with an address window already show the recipient from the outside and additional addressing is not necessary. The prerequisite is that the address is correctly placed on the inside of the document. With the white DL envelopes without a window, it is possible to print the address, apply it by hand or use an address label. Both variants have a self-adhesive seal that simply needs to be opened and pressed on and then closes tightly. Alternatively, the store also offers a classic DIN long envelope in white with wet glue.
If you would like to send an "envelope in an envelope", you also have the option of doing so. This envelope in the size 235 x 125 mm is also called a compact envelope. Based on the dimensions, a smaller envelope in DIN long or C6 fits perfectly as content. Of course, other documents can also be sent in them. The dimensions of the compact envelope are the largest possible dimensions that will still pass as a normal letter at the post office. If the envelope with contents weighs less than 20 g, it is sufficient to frank it with single letter postage.
For smaller documents and business letters, we can offer our envelopes in C6 format (114x162mm). We also have a selection of options here: the cheapest option is the C6 white self-adhesive envelope. It consists of a thin 75g/m² paper, weighs only 4g and has a gray inner print. The closure of this envelope is also a self-adhesive straight flap. Alternatively, we also offer a higher-quality C6 envelope in white with pressure-sensitive adhesive. This envelope is made from 110g/m² paper and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive seal.
For thicker documents, folders or entire stacks of paper, we have large-format envelopes in our office supplies range. These larger envelopes are also suitable for sending documents that should not be folded. Here we have C4 envelopes in white with a window in 229x324 mm format in our store range. Here, too, the viewing window is a great advantage, as you can save on additional addressing. The address window with the rounded corners is located at the top left of the C4 envelope under the opening, where the recipient address is usually always located here in Germany. The seal of these window envelopes is on the narrow side and the envelopes have a self-adhesive sealing flap. We have a large-format envelope without a window in B4 permanently in our range. The DIN B4 envelope in white measures 25 x 35.4 cm, which is slightly larger than DIN C4. This means that documents in A4 format (210x297mm) or larger have sufficient space inside. The closure flap of this envelope has an adhesive strip and closes by peeling off the paper strip on the adhesive surface. Our B4 envelope with block bottom is a robust envelope for contents that are heavy and thick and therefore require special protection and stable packaging. Also part of the standard equipment in every company, office and store, this item is usually ordered in large quantities and is often kept in stock in the office for mailing. The brown mailing bag made from natron paper measures 250 x 353 x 40 mm. The block bottom is 4 cm wide, so there is plenty of space in the envelope. The sturdy paper has a grammage of 130g/m² and can therefore also carry heavy contents.
