- Add the desired quantity of the item to your shopping cart and complete your order in the online shop. You will then automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
- Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and your logo, text, desired color, or print data. Your print data should be in PDF format. (We reserve the right to charge for additional working hours if the design effort is exceptionally high.)
- We will create a draft and send it to you for review by email. The envelopes will only go into production after you have approved the print. You can find the delivery time in the item description.
C4 window envelope with 4-color print
The envelope, measuring 229x324 mm, which corresponds to the DIN C4 format, is perfectly suited for all A4 documents. Sheets measuring 210 x 297 mm can be precisely inserted into the opening of the envelopes and
securely packaged. The envelopes are made from robust 90gsm paper, which securely packages important business documents, cover letters for customers, or promotional mailings. The practical
window envelope has an address window on the front, which displays the recipient's address if it has been correctly positioned on the enclosed document inside. We
print these envelopes for you with your data before they are assembled into envelopes. This allows us to easily print edge-to-edge, full-surface color in the CMYK color spectrum. You specify
how the envelopes should look in the end and we will print them entirely according to your specifications. A
printed envelope has the advantage that the recipient of the mail immediately knows who the message is from. This makes sense particularly in industries such as insurance, banking, but also businesses, retail, or law firms, and
ensures a professional impression.
